We are glad to inform you that the Early Registration Fee has been extended to September 15.

The registration can be submitted on-line or filling in the form in and sent to the Organizing Secretariat by mail or fax. 

Registrations received after October 28, 2010 will be processed as on-site registrations and will not be confirmed before the Congress.

In this case please show proof of your payment or pay directly upon arrival at the secretariat desk on site.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

On the occasion of the Congress the Organizing Secretariat has secured rooms at several and different hotels close the congress venue.

Please make your reservation by September 10, 2010.

After that date availability and prices cannot be guaranteed.

The reservations will be made on a first come, first served basis.

The rates of the hotels are per room, per night and include tax and breakfast. Only the rates of B&B are average costs. The Organizing Secretariat MCM, upon reservation, will confirm the name of the assigned hotel and the exact rate.

Reservations must be accompanied by the full accommodation payment at the Hotel requested + Euro 15,00 as agency fee.

The hotel reservation can be submitted on-line or the attached form should be filled in and sent to the Organizing Secretariat by mail or fax, attaching a copy of payment.

The registration as well as the hotel reservation will be confirmed only after payment has been received.

Please indicate your full name on all money transfer and specify NISC 2010. Certification of payment made by Bank Transfer must be mailed or faxed with the registration form. Please note that all bank charges must be covered by the sender.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Cancellations received in writing by MCM Congressi will entitle to the following refunds:

Registrations

• By September 10:full refund less Euro 50,00 for administrative expenses

• After September 10: no refund will be paid

Hotel reservations

• By September 10:full refund less Euro 50,00 for administrative expenses

• By October 28: full refund less the cost of 1 night and the reservation fee

• After October 28: no refund will be paid

INVOICING

The invoice will be issued by MCM srl to the subject indicated on the form. Please fill in the special section on the form in case of invoice must be released to another subject.
