The Exhibition will be located at Hotel Royal Continental, via Partenope 38 - 80121 Napoli ( The exhibition area will house coffee breaks points. This should ensure a steady flow of delegates throughout the exhibition area. The possibility to display a booth will be limited to few Companies, due to the limited space available at the Congress site. The cost of a 1) € 3.000,00 + VAT 20% for space only (+ VAT 20%) Electricity supply included 2) € 4.000,00 + VAT 20% for a pre-fitted booth (+ VAT 20%) The Stand will include: White partition walls, stand identification, spotlights, electricity supply, 1 table, 2 chairs, 1 waste paper basket, blue moquette. Assignment of the space
Space will be assigned as requested wherever possible. We will make every possible effort to assign preferred location booth. Exhibitors wishing to avoid assignment of space adjacent to that of a particular competitor should indicate so on their application form. Careful consideration will be given to all requests. However, we cannot guarantee acceptance of these requests. We reserve the right to relocate or resign booths at any time for the overall benefit of the Meeting. If a preferred space is not available, it is the practice of us to contact each company to discuss alternative space availabilities. Rental of additional items A list of additional items to be rented to complete the set up of the stands can be requested to the Organizing Secretariat MCM Congressi. Internet Point will be set up in the Congress Centre. They are normally one of the most visited points by all the participants and will offer up to date technology services including internet access and e-mail. The rate includes provision of 4 computers, server and internet connections and technical assistance.
